The most recent update in our invoicing application has been the integration of Moneris Payment Gateway. This announcement would sound music to the ears of many who have requested us to integrate this particular payment gateway, especially our users from North America, where it is widely used by merchants.

Moneris Solutions is a single point of contact for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Interac Direct Payment, and all Point of Sale solutions. Our relationship with Moneris not only improves your satisfaction and ease of transaction processing today, but it will also ensure a superior value proposition for the future.

This takes the total count of the payment gateways to 15 and it won’t be a surprise if more are integrated in the future.

We recently received a few concerned e-mails suggesting that some of our users do forget to add tax amount at the first step i.e. before creating an invoice. A few hours back I would have mentioned skipping out certain important steps is bound to cause problems and that all necessary steps need to be followed before actually creating an invoice (that also included adding tax even before creating an invoice). But this would not be a cause of concern any more!

Our new tax adding option lets you add tax directly while creating an invoice/estimate, just like adding a new client, product/service or even late fee. This implies you would be able to start invoicing immediately as and when you sign-up. The new tax added directly gets saved and can be re-used on future invoices. It’s that easy!

It hasn’t been long since the launch of our new application, but we have already started to push the codes for new features and enhancements. The feedback from our users’ front has been numerous, especially expressing their love for the new design and we have managed to correct any aberration, much to their delight.

Invoicera will be temporarily unavailable for service on January 18, 2010, as a result of the introduction of the new website and application. There will be several minutes of unavailability from 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM GMT while we update the Invoicera service.

This might just not be such a bad news considering the new Invoicera will be made available very shortly.

With the launch of the new Invoicera, you will now be able to keep a track of all the expenses incurred by you on behalf of your clients. This will be an important addition to an already comprehensive feature list as this will allow Invoicera users to easily add all the expenses incurred during the course of any project, in the final invoice.

You can add as many expense categories to manage and assign them to a particular client on whose behalf they have been incurred. You can also set recurring expense if they are incurred on a regular basis. This helps you to save time and effort in adding such expenses repeatedly.
