• Why should I go for Invoicera Self-Hosted Plan? Invoicera's Self-Hosted Plan is aimed at all business owners who need to extensively use and integrate Invoicera's billing features into their business. Business Integration of Invoicera allows you to host the Invoicera Application in-house and fully implement any company/country specific regulatory restrictions on the Invoicing Platform.
  
  A Self-Hosted plan is installed, managed and secured at the client's location and is therefore a suitable solution for all companies. Any customization required can be requested and will be implemented by the Invoicera tech team.
• Can I transfer my standard plan’s data into Self-Hosted plan? Sure! As mentioned in the earlier question, we are now open to planned migrations of our Web Plans to the Self-Hosted Plans. This would include data migrations as well as all user-interface customizations that you may have done in your web account.
• Can I upgrade to self-hosted plan from my standard plan? Sure! Although this is not the standard route that our subscribers take, we have now include such migrations as well. Whats more, this migration cost is included in the plan cost.

• Can I modify the design and functionality of application? You would be provided 90% source-code which includes design / functionality modules, that would allow you almost complete freedom to make any change to its User-Interface or its functionality. The changes you perform are your Intellectual-Property and you need not share it with us at stage of this Subscription Process. Alternatively, you can also engage our team to do the same via a detailed requirement plan and we could charge you separately towards its development efforts.
• How can I install Invoicera on my own server? Once you've purchased a Self-Hosting plan from us, you would be provided the Invoicera Application zipped along with the Setup Details. The process involves running a basic Setup Script on your server that requests basic details and installs a fresh (empty) Invoicera application on your server within minutes. In case you have custom requirements, our team could certainly assist you in installing the same via a VPN. (An on-site visit is generally avoided, however, can be considered on chargeable basis as an exception).
• Can I try it for free before making the payment? Sure. You can try Invoicera as a web-application before making the final call. Just register at www.invoicera.com/pricing.html and send us your registered username. We would upgrade the account to a paid account (on a trial basis) so that you can try out various features online (for free).

• Does Self-Hosted Plan work on subscription model or I need to pay once for lifetime? Self-Hosted Plan works on a subscription model,($199/Month) wherein you would get all major updates for the period that you subscribe to. This would include bug-fixes as well as any feature updates for the said period. A said number of support-hours would be provided for free.
• How would my self-hosted plan be in sync with the new developments in application? Periodically, we would intimate you (if you so request) regarding an update. In case you wish to update your application, we could provide you the update in a zip format that you could use to update your in-house application. This may (on certain updates) also require minor database related updates, which would be clearly documented along-with such updates.
• What is the server requirements needed to run Invoicera self-hosted plan? Invoicera being an Invoicing solution, its server requirements are not on the high-end (however, this may vary from company to company, owing to their usage patterns). Besides most basic requirements, the only special Invoicera related requirement is that of an Apache Web Server environment with PHP Version 5.2.17 (with Mod-Rewrite enabled).
