Thanksgiving Celebrations

Last year’s harvest is this year’s Thanksgiving – that’s the meaning of this popular festival. In the US, the festival is celebrated on the fourth Thursday of every November.

Thanksgiving is also associated with the traditional Protestent Reformation of the English. The festival is about getting together, eating, enjoying and of course giving thanks to God. It is believed that the first Thanksgiving feast in 1621 consisted of wild turkeys, waterfowl, corn and barley etc.

At Invoicera too, we are celebrating the Thanksgiving week. Along with exchanging wishes, it will be a week full of feasting and giving thanks for all that we have achieved as a team in this year. The team has been asked to bring in their favourite food every day, all through out the week so everyone can sit together for lunch and have a gala time.
