Invoicing Tips: Adding Additional Contacts To A Client

Invoicera helps you to add additional contact information to your clients. This is helpful for clients who wish to receive invoices on different email addresses at different times. The idea is to make the invoicing system easy and flexible for the user and the client.

     

  1. Login to your Invoicera account with user id and password.
  2.  

  3. On the Dashboard, go to “People” and then click “Clients” as shown in the image below:

  5. Then select the desired client and edit it as shown in the screen shot below:

  7. Click on the option “Additional contact”.

  9.  Add the additional information for this client as shown in the below
    screenshot:
