How do I set my Staff and Clients’ permissions?

With Invoicera, it is very easy to set your team and Client’s permission and you can exactly control what all you want them to see or edit.

You may set the permission for your Clients/Staff in Invoicera by following the below steps:

The below mentioned steps show how you can set permission for your staff. You can follow the same steps by Clicking on the “Clients” instead of staff.

Step 1 : Login to your Invoicera Account

Step 2 : Go to People>>Staff

Step 3 : Choose the “Action” as “Edit” as shown in the image below.

Step 4 : Click on “Staff Permissions” as shown in the image below.

Step 5 : Tick on the items that you want your Staff/Clients to see.Please refer the image below.

This will enable you to edit the Staff/Client Permissions on your Invoicera account.

The meaning of different statuses are:

1. Add : If you want your staff/client to be able to add a particular item.

2. Edit: If you want your staff to be able to edit an item

3. Delete: If you want to give your staff/client the access to delete an item.
