You can send PDF copy of the invoices sent to your clients on Invoicera. The PDF copy is received as an attachment on the invoice mail sent to the client.

To enable PDF invoices when an invoice is sent to client, please make the following changes in Settings –

Step 1: Login to your Invoicera Account
Step 2: Go to Settings
Step 3: Click on General Preferences – App Settings

Step 4: Enable setting option “PDF with Invoice Mail”

Step 5: Click on Save

This will attach a PDF copy of the invoice sent for customer’s personal reference along with the invoice link.
