What can I do when online payment is not applied to Invoicera Invoice?

If your Client is using any Payment Gateway and he forgets to click ‘Finalize your Payment’, the payment will not be applied to Invoicera Invoice.

To solve this you can use following steps:

– In Billing Section go to Invoice.

– Click the hyperlink of Invoice# for which you had faced the issue.

– Above Invoice there are few tab, please select Offline Payment.

– Apply the Payment Method, notes, etc and click Payment.
