  2. Hello there. For me, the most important points here are: To plan your networking, online and offline: scheduling chats, calls, finding out info. It needs to get onto your to-do lists. Being a resource will attract people to you that will become sponges around you. Then, following up is my take home point. If you don’t follow up, leads become cold.
