The Invoicera app for iPhone is free on the App Store. Sign in with your Invoicera account or create one in the app. Use it to create, edit and share invoices, approve invoices routed to you, convert estimates, record offline payments, log project time and invoice timesheets, record expenses, and manage taxes, charges and late fees. Approval chains, reminder ladders, users and integrations are set up in the web app.

Search for Invoicera or use the the App Store link on this page. Check that the listing is published by Vinove Software & Services.

Sign in, or create an account
Use the same email and password you use on the web, or sign up in the app. If you forget your password, reset it from the sign-in screen.

Confirm your taxes, additional charges, late fees and offline payment details, and add the products and services you invoice most.

Is the Invoicera iPhone app free?
The app is free to download from the App Store. Sign in with your Invoicera account or create one in the app; what you can do follows your Invoicera plan. Set up approval chains, reminder ladders, users and integrations in the Invoicera web app, where there is room to check how they affect the whole operation.
Does the iPhone app use the same data as the web app?
Yes. The app and the web app work on one Invoicera account. An invoice you create on iPhone appears on the web, and a payment you record on the phone is the same payment your finance team sees at their desk. There is no sync step to run and no second copy of your billing records.
Is there an Invoicera app for iPad or Mac?
Invoicera does not publish a separate iPad or Mac app. On a Mac, use the Invoicera web app in Safari, Chrome or another modern browser. It is the full product, including set-up and configuration. The iPhone app is designed for the billing work you need to do away from your desk.
Can I approve invoices from my iPhone?
Yes. When an invoice reaches you under the approval chain set up in the web app, open it on your iPhone, check its lines, totals and customer, and approve it or send it back. The decision is recorded on the invoice exactly as it would be on the web, so the approval history stays complete.
Can I invoice tracked time from my iPhone?
Yes. Add a project, log time against it and review the timesheet list in the app, then generate an invoice for the timesheets you want to bill. The invoice is created on the same account as the web app, so your team can see it, and your time records stay connected to the invoice they produced.
