Is there an Invoicera desktop app?
No separate desktop app is needed. Invoicera's web app runs in any modern browser on Windows, Mac, Linux or a Chromebook, and it is the full product, including set-up and configuration. The iPhone and Android apps cover the billing work people need to do away from a desk, such as approvals, invoices, payments and time.
Do the apps and the web app share the same records?
Yes. All three work on one Invoicera account. An invoice raised on a phone appears in the browser, a payment recorded on Android is the payment finance sees at their desk, and time logged on iPhone is ready to invoice. There is no export, import or sync step between devices.
Can I approve invoices from my phone?
Yes. Approval chains are set up in the web app, and when an invoice reaches you under those rules you can open it on your phone, check its lines, totals and customer, and approve it or send it back. The decision is recorded against the invoice just as it is on the web, so the approval trail stays complete.
Can I turn logged time into an invoice from my phone?
Yes. Add a project, log time against it and review the timesheet list in the app, then generate an invoice for the timesheets you want to bill. It suits people who deliver work away from a desk and would otherwise rebuild their hours from memory at the end of the month.
