Virtual Card Services act as intermediary between a vendor and the financial institution via its virtual vendor system. The invoice software with virtual card service integration processes large number of transactions at a time and the vendor no longer requires any kind of Electronic Data Capture terminals or telephone link to the bank. All you need to do is to provide them with your credit card details and permission to debit the facility.

How to start:

You'll need to sign up for a VCS account by clicking on the Get Started button. If you already have a VCS account, and are ready to connect it to your Invoicera account, take the following steps:

  • Login to your Invoicera account.
  • Click on the "settings" option.
  • Go to the "payment gateways" option and
  • Select your Virtual Card Services option in that.
  • Once you find this, it will ask you with a Terminal ID which you have to fill in.
  • Once you fill it, click on the "save" button and you are done with your account with VCS.
