Security Questions login is a set of 8 personal questions that are created to add layers of security that are confined to only you. The added questions are completely personal to the admin.
Security Questions Login and Two Factor Authentication are both, admin only security layers. It helps in making your Invoicera account completely secure and minimizes the chances of frauds and hacks to zero.
In order to activate security questions login, you must answer 5 questions. Also, as matter of fact, you cannot enable both, 2FA and Security Login questions together. It is only one layer that can be added at one time.
How does it work?
In order to activate security questions login, you must answer 5 questions out of 8. Also, make sure you have disabled your 2FA. As Invoicera, allows you to add 1 layer of super security at one time.
Please Note: At the time of login, you will be only asked 2 random questions out of all the questions answered by you.
The Third Layer For Staff Security- Add Staff IP Address!
Security is just not confined to admin and login but, passed on to staff too! In order to make sure there is no exploitation of your account from any member. You can simply save the IP addresses you want Invoicera to be accessed on. And all the other IPs will be straightaway restricted to log into the account.
It helps you restrict any unwanted activity to your account.
