We want to notify all Invoicera customers that this Thursday, May 27th, 2021 from 9:30 AM, IST to Monday, 30th May 2021 10:30 PM, IST – there will be scheduled downtime for the Server Migration.

Invoicera will be using this time to add more capacity to our server infrastructure and speed up our overall service and time-out issue. To ensure uptime and stability of the platform, we are performing this upgrade on off-peak hours so that we can ensure a smooth transition. 

Also, during this upgrade there is a list of the payment gateways which we observed have become obsolete OR not heavily used worldwide thus will be removed from the platform.
Please find the list below of such payment gateways:

(MoneyBookers, Itransact, Psi Gate, First Data [LinkPoint], Setcom, PayMate, VCS, CreditCall, Ingenico, eWAY, Forte [ACH Direct], EBS, PayU India, Braintree Auto Bill, Network Online, Citrus, Asiapay/PayDollar, Asiapay/PesoPay, Asiapay/SiamPay, Payoneer.)

During this maintenance window – Invoicera Web App, Mobile App will be inaccessible. 

All operations around the platform, including automated delivery of scheduled Invoices and recurring invoices, will resume immediately after the server upgrade.
