Client Requirements
The client is a Spain-based company that provides invoicing services. They required an invoicing solution to be sold as a service to its own clients. They wanted their clients to sign up using a subscription plan and use the online invoicing service. They required an instance of Invoicera with additional changes like Spanish language, additional taxes, and related fields.
Challenges
The primary challenge was to provide the client with a personalized Invoicera instance, allowing them to extend the platform as an invoicing service. The biggest challenge was to provide the client with their own instance of Invoicera with a feature to sell that instance further as an invoicing service to their clients. Also, as per the requirements, we were required to create different subscription plans within the instance for their clients’ sign-ups and invoicing.
Solution
We created an instance of Invoicera with all the existing features that we hosted on the client’s server, along with the following additional features:
- Complete Invoicera software with all its existing features
- Tailored subscription plans for their clients
- Customized Invoicing templates for their clients
- Automated calculation of additional taxes and fees
- Ability to export the billing data
- Spanish language support
Result
The outcome was a seamlessly integrated solution, delivering a personalized Invoicera platform that met the client’s requirements. This empowered them to offer an advanced invoicing service, equipped with additional functionalities, to their clients in the Spanish market.
